Chris is an award-winning Creative Director with over 20 years of experience shaping global brands through bold strategy, innovative design, and impactful storytelling. Since 2019, he has led the creative team at Crocs, Inc. (NASDAQ: CROX), driving record-breaking revenue and establishing the brand as a global leader in casual footwear.

Renowned for his disruptive creative thinking, deep expertise in content production, and his forward-thinking integration of AI technology into creative processes, Chris brings a unique edge to his work. Before Crocs, he played a pivotal role at Academy Sports + Outdoors, steering creative efforts for the $5 billion retailer with 300+ locations across North America.

His career began in publishing and traditional advertising, serving as the Founding Design Director for Houstonia Magazine and holding key creative roles at Seattle Met, MauiTime Weekly, and MMI Agency.
